There is a programme of talks held in local halls, and guided walks or visits to local places of interest. All are announced in the "Golden Valley News" and on this website. Click on"Activities" for more information. - Publications
An annual Newsletter is sent to all members with reports on the meetings and walks, together with submitted articles on local history and families. Click on "Newsletter". - Projects
Groups of members have undertaken specific projects, including an in depth study of the history of Turnastone, published as a book by Logaston Press in 2010. More recently we made an in depth study of the life and work of Rowland Vaughan, a local entrepreneur at the turn of the 17th century, again resulting in a published book. Click the "Projects" menu for further information. - Website
